What we treat as sensitive personal information
We treat your home street address combined with the project location as sensitive personal information for the purpose of providing this right.
We do not collect any of the following:
- Social Security, driver's license, state ID, or passport numbers
- Financial-account, debit, or credit card numbers
- Precise geolocation derived from location-tracking technology
- Racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership
- The contents of your mail, email, or text messages
- Genetic, biometric, or health data
- Sex life or sexual orientation data
What limiting our use does
If you exercise this right, we will restrict our use and disclosure of the sensitive personal information described above to what is reasonably necessary to perform the service you requested — that is, matching you with HVAC contractors for the project you asked about — and to the other purposes the CCPA permits without a limit right, such as security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
What it does not do. It does not withdraw a request you already submitted, and it does not recall an inquiry we already delivered to a contractor or to BlueFire Leads. To stop contact entirely, use the routes under "Related requests" below — those are the ones that do that.
